🔄 Exchange Conditions

• Product must be returned in its original condition.

• Shipping costs for exchanges are to be paid by the customer.

🚫 Return to Origin (RTO)

• If a parcel is returned to us (RTO), the customer must pay for RTO and re-shipping charges.

• No refund will be issued for RTO cases.

• Minor issues like loose threads or small marks are not considered damage.

• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
