Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges only for the following cases:
✔️ Defects and Damaged item
✔️ Wrong item received
✔️ Different Colour received
✔️ Missing product from your order

❌ Please note We do not accept returns for dislikes or change of mind.

🎥 Important: Unboxing Video Required

To claim a return, exchange, or refund:
📦 A 360° unboxing video is mandatory (no cuts or pauses).
📞 Contact us on WhatsApp within 2 days of receiving your order.
Without the video, we cannot process any claims.

🔄 Exchange Conditions

• Product must be returned in its original condition.
• Shipping costs for exchanges are to be paid by the customer.

• Be responsive if tracking is shared. Report any issue within 7 days of non-delivery.
• Minor issues like loose threads or small marks are not considered damage.
• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
• We dispatch all parcels on time, but minor delays can happen.
