At Watch Store India, we do not offer Open Box Delivery, as this service is not supported by any delivery company in India.

We use trusted third-party courier partners like Bluedart and Delhivery to ensure your order reaches you safely and securely.

So far, we have had no delivery issues, and we are committed to maintaining this high standard in the future.

For your peace of mind, we offer the option of a live video proof or a live video call during the packaging of your order, so you can see your watch being carefully packed before shipment.

Please note, even if requested, Open Box Delivery cannot be provided.

We also offer a no-questions-asked return policy for any defective, damaged, or wrong items. To initiate a return, simply record a parcel unboxing video clearly showing the issue and share it with us on WhatsApp. Our team will assist you promptly.
